Our story

Château Losca is a local western restaurant founded in 2004 at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We're committed to serving only the best mouth-watering western cuisine, ranging from Italian to French. Château Losca showcases ingredient-led, contemporary cuisine that demonstrates the highly skilled technique and relentless drive for perfection that has become Chef Peter Brading's trademark. Quality Ingredients

Utilising fresh and handmade ingredients in all our dishes has always been our utmost priority. Diners can look forward to savouring exceptional western cuisines made using only the freshest of ingredients. Heirloom grains are milled fresh for house made pasta, bread and desserts. We also have an extensive in house fermentation program which further captures flavours at their peak and preserve them for the off season. Animal butchery is also done on site to ensure utmost freshness.
